How to order:

1. Click on the artwork you wish to purchase.

2. Click on ‘Add to Cart’ on the artwork page.

3. Select the delivery country and view the transport costs. Click on ‘Checkout’.

4. Enter the delivery address, transport method and payment details.

5. Confirm your order and click ‘Place Order & Pay’.

6. After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email.

 

Delivery and transport method:

After confirming the payment of order, the artwork will be dispatched at the time stated respectively.

It may take some time for the artwork to be dispatched due to the preparation and packaging.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the transport may be delayed from the original time, in which case we will contact the customers via email.

 

Payment methods:

Credit cards: VISA, MASTER, JCB, American Express, DINERS, Discover, CartesBancaires, ChinaUnionPay, Electron and Maestro.

 

Fees other than the price of artwork (transport costs, handling charges, VAT and otherwise):

In addition to the price of artwork, the following charges apply.

1. VAT 10% (Delivery to Japan only)

Conditions for handling returns:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons attributable to the customers. Please be aware of this in advance.

 

Conditions for handling defective artwork:

The artworks are carefully packed and only reliable, professional carriers are used for delivery. Customers should check the packaging upon arrival of the artworks before signing for them. If the packaging is damaged, please refrain from accepting the artworks and tell the carrier to send them back to us.

For artworks delivered in damaged or defective condition, we will refund the full purchase price including shipping and packaging costs.

 

If, after delivery is completed, the artworks are found to have been damaged by delivery, we reserve the right to refuse to refund or provide a replacement, and to recover the return fee from the customers.
