Michael Sowa (b.1945) is a German artist known mainly for his paintings, which are variously whimsical, surreal, or stunning.
Sowa studied at the Berlin State School of Fine Arts for seven years and worked briefly as an art teacher before focusing
entirely on his career as a painter and illustrator.

He gained new followers for his work on the 2001 film Le Fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain where his art on the walls comes to life.
Michael Sowa has received numerous awards, including the Olaf Gulbransson Prize in 1995 and the Berlin Book Prize in the category of children’s literature in 2004.

He is also known for the style of continuously revising painting.
This is a very rare opportunity to release his original paintings.

In this exhibition, we will show 3 of security series which has mysterious Sowa- style painting and 2 of his popular animal paintings used a rabbit and a bear as the subject.
Don't miss Michael Sowa's wonderful world.
